Doctor Ulku entered an Advanced Graduation Education Program and The Forsyth Institute, in Boston, MA. Doctor Ulku graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Medical Science degree, and a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics.
Doctor Ulku later attended the prestigious Columbia University College of Dental Medicine as a professor, in New York.
